Shipping & Returns

We’re committed to getting your Roo to you quickly, reliably, and without surprises. Below is everything you need to know about shipping, returns, and what to expect once you place an order.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping time estimates begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship using a mix of USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on destination, package size, and delivery speed. Our goal is always to choose the most reliable option for your order.

Typical delivery times for U.S. orders:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
    (USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground Saver, or FedEx Ground Economy)
  • FedEX Ground: 1–5 business days (continental U.S.)
  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days (continental U.S.)

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $99 (before tax and discounts).

Free shipping does not apply to international orders or expedited shipping services.


International Shipping

International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.


Order Changes & Address Updates

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Orders can be modified before they ship
  • Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes or reroute packages

If an address correction or return results in additional carrier fees, those costs may be deducted from your refund.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please allow up to 5 days. Carriers occasionally scan packages as delivered before final drop-off.

If the package still hasn’t arrived after that time, contact us and we’ll help investigate.

Please note: We’re unable to refund or replace orders lost due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate.


Returns

We offer 30-day returns on unused items in original condition.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be clean, unused, and in original condition, with no signs of wear
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are not refundable
  • Any return shipping costs or carrier fees will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to an error on our part
