The product is well made, to say the least. I imagine it will last several years, which makes it a great buy. Few things manufactured nowadays last more than a season, gardening related purchases or otherwise. I always want to support companies that are reducing the amount of waste that goes into landfills simply by providing their customers with quality, well made products. Very few companies take this responsibility on themselves, shoving that onto the customer in order to maximize profits. This means we keep throwing out purchased products that quickly fail / break / become damaged & having to constantly replace them.
That being said, I have ended up using this product for picking wild herbs in the forest, rather than gardening, simply because I find it very hot to be comfortably walking around with this strapped around my waist on blazing summer days. They are more suitable for me to use in the shady forest. This especially applies to the full apron, which I absolutely can’t wear during the heat of summer. It’s simply too hot, even if I’m wearing nothing but a bikini underneath it 😂 But as I said, this is a very good product & very well made.
A few suggestions: Use mesh strategically placed to allow for some airflow. Have an elastic or something similar around the top of each internal pocket to prevent tools from falling out when bending over to pick things (a drawstring would be a pain to constantly have to open & close). Or maybe put an additional closure along the top of the large pocket itself that can be left open / closed as needed.

This apron is my favorite gardening purchase so far, It is lightweight, holds my phone and tools safely and lots harvested vegetables. The Roo is also easily adjustable to allow multiple family members to use it.
